Estimate only. Actual refunds depend on your CBP Form 7501 entries, protest-window status, and case specifics. Not legal or tax advice.
Methodology
IEEPA reciprocal and fentanyl tariffs are the subject of active court challenges. We treat those as fully refundable. Section 301, 232, and base HTS duties sit under different legal authority and aren't in the current refund window.
Customs refunds accrue statutory interest from the date of liquidation. The 6% APR default reflects the current corporate underpayment rate. Your actual interest depends on when each entry liquidated.
A precise number comes from reviewing your CBP Form 7501 entry summaries — HTS codes, tariff classifications, protest-window status. Our partner attorneys do that review for free before you commit.

Statutes of limitations apply to customs protests. A short intake puts you in front of a customs attorney who can confirm the number against your actual entry data.
